The mid-Missouri Internet Crimes Task Force has made another bust.
A 23-year-old man from East Prairie, Mo., who thought he was chatting online with a 14-year-old was actually exposing himself through a web cam to a task force detective.
Ryan Heath Rayburn, 23, now faces charges of attempted sexual misconduct.
