CAMDEN COUNTY -- Two lake area teens are facing charges today after they were arrested Wednesday at midnight.

Justin Hartwick, 17, of Lake of the Ozarks and Cody White, 18, of Kaiser were seen by undercover officers driving recklessly and pointing a gun at motorists on Highway 54 and D Road in Osage Beach.

Camden County Sheriff's Department and the Osage Beach Police Department witnessed a green 1971 Ford pickup being operated in a careless manner. Hartwick was the passenger of the vehicle and was pointing the firearm at passing motorists including the undercover officers.

A felony stop was conducted on the vehicle.

Upon investigation police say the firearm was actually a BB gun. Police also found meth and marijuana in the vehicle.

White is being charged with possession of marijuana and posted a $1000 bond. Hartwick was transported to the Camden County Jail and was charged with possession of meth and assault on a police officer. His bond $20,000.
