GLASGOW -- After months of construction, the Missouri River Bridge at Glasgow is officially open.
It's been open for a few weeks now, but the official ribbon cutting will take place this afternoon at Stump Island Park.
The bridge had been closed since august 2008. Traffic might be stopped for a few minutes around 3 :15 p.m. for a second ribbon cutting on the bridge.
If the weather doesn't cooperate, the ceremony will take place at Glasgow High School.
