Fugitive family arrested in Loose Creek, Mo.

James Lee Roberts, 58, his son, Corey Lee Roberts, 28, and Carolyn B. Lydzinski, the 26 year old wife of Corey and were arrested by Osage County Deputies following a tip that the Roberts' had returned to the area.

On Wednesday, June 24, the Osage County Sheriff's Office received information that the Roberts' were staying in an apartment in Loose Creek. Deputies responded to check out the tip, and both subjects were taken into custody without incident.

Both men have been wanted on "no bond" warrants since March of 2006 after they failed to appear in court and serve jail sentences on numerous Class A misdemeanors.

James Roberts was wanted on 5 warrants, including the charges of driving while revoked, and careless and imprudent driving. 

Corey Roberts was wanted on 4 warrants, including the charges of driving while revoked, and resisting arrest.

 Lydzinski was also arrested on a 2006 warrant for driving while revoked.

Both men are being held in the Osage County Jail without bond.

Lydzinski is being held in the Osage County Jail on a $2,500.00 bond.
