Holiday gift guide features Missouri-made items.

(AP) -- JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (AP) -- Looking to buy local for the holidays?

The state's Department of Agriculture has produced the AgriMissouri Holiday Gift Guide, an online catalog calling attention to unique, Missouri-specific products that are packaged and ready to ship.

From coffee roasters and beer brewers in Kansas City and St. Louis to mid-Missouri cabin getaways, the guide is aimed at highlighting local businesses and products grown and sold in the Show-Me State.

AgriMissouri was created by the department to partner with businesses in a bid to boost agricultural tourism and connect out-of-state buyers with products tied to Missouri.
