1. No purchase necessary. Contest is open to residents of Missouri who are 18 years of age or older. Entries must be filled out completely, incomplete entries not eligible. In lieu of entering online, participants may mail a 3.5”x 3.5” post card and photo to KRCG, P.O. Box 659 Jefferson City, MO 65102 with the following information: Name, Age, Address, Phone Number, E-mail Address. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible, destroyed or otherwise misdirected entries.
Voting is now closed. Thank you for your entries. Winner will be announced the week of Sept. 11.

7. Winner need not be present to win. Sweepstakes is open to any resident of Missouri 18 years of age or older. Employees of KRCG, Custom Landscaping Construction, Drinkard Landscaping, Emerald View Turf, Longfellow’s Garden Center, Landscape Illumination, Lake of the Wood’s Masonry, Hentges Irrigation and Hy-Vee, parent company, and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to win. No substitution of prizes is offered, no transfer of prizes to a third member party is permitted, and non-cash prizes may not be redeemed for cash value. Prize recipients will be responsible for paying all federal, state and local taxes based upon the retail value of the prizes set forth in these rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Decisions of KRCG and sponsors will be final.
8. All entries are subject to verification at the sole discretion of KRCG. Entries will be void if found to be altered, forged, tampered with, unauthorized or not legible in any way. No prize will be awarded to the holder of any winning entry that is determined to be void or otherwise ineligible, and KRCG shall have no further obligation or liability in respect thereof.
9. All winners, by acceptance of a prize, agree to release KRCG, Custom Landscaping Construction, Drinkard Landscaping, Emerald View Turf, Longfellow’s Garden Center, Landscape Illumination, Lake of the Wood’s Masonry, Hentges Irrigation and Hy-Vee from any liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize. Winner must consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture or their likeness without compensation for promotional purposes as determined by KRCG where prohibited by law.
