A 32-year-old Jefferson City man was arrested for his suspected distribution of heroin that led to several overdoses in mid-Missouri.

Frank Collins III faces several counts of heroin distribution.

He and another Jefferson City man, 44-year-old Tracey Davis, are both originally from Chicago and have been formally charged with three counts of the distribution of controlled substances. They're being held at the Cole County Jail, each with a $250,000 bond.

Davis was arrested on December 14th.
