Two in custody after man found severely beaten

CROCKER, MO. -- Two people were taken into custody Monday night after authorities suspect they severely beat a man in Crocker.

At about 11:30 Monday night several Pulaski County deputies and the Crocker City Police were sent to what had been reported as a serious physical assault in the 22300 block of Bangor Road.

When they got to the scene the victim they found the victim had been severely beaten and had suffered serious physical injuries.

Before the victim left in an ambulance for an area hospital he named his attackers.

A short time later, deputies stopped the two suspect’s vehicle near Rt. T in Swedeborg.

Both suspects were taken into custody and transported to the Pulaski County Jail and they are currently being held for 24-hours while the Pulaski County Prosecutor considers a statement of probable cause requesting charges for this incident.

The Pulaski County Sheriff said they are waiting for a decision by the prosecutor.
