COLE COUNTY, MO -- One of two men charged with killing an Apache Flats man is set to appear in court later this week.
Rafael Fuentes and Jose Hurtado made their first court appearance on December 29. They each face a second degree murder charge in the shooting death of Francisco Navarro. He was shot and killed in December in a mobile home park outside Jefferson City.
Fuentes had a hearing scheduled for Tuesday, but it was continued to Thursday.
Hurtado will make his second court appearance at the end of January.
Neither have entered pleas at this time.
