Delbert E. Binggeli, 86, of Fulton, Missouri passed away at Fulton Nursing and Rehab on Tuesday, November 10, 2009. He was born August 4, 1923, in Mokane, Missouri the son of the late Roy R. and Anna (Hall) Binggeli. On December 8, 1945, he was united in marriage to Helen (Haynes ) Binggeli who survives at their home.
In addition to his wife of sixty-three years, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by one son, Steve Binggeli and his wife, Barb, of Fulton, Missouri; two daughters, Sharon Martin and her husband, Bobby, of New Bloomfield, Missouri, and Brenda Keeling of Fulton, Missouri; four grandchildren, Tim Martin, Robert Keeling, Darren Binggeli, and Jason Binggeli; four great grandchildren, Andrew Binggeli, Jonathon Keeling, Elijah Keeling and Elisha Keeling; two cousins, Peggy Binggeli Rose of Fulton, Missouri, and Eulah Binggeli Gingrich of Kansas City, Missouri; many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Hazel Martin.
Delbert worked at Danuser Machine Company as a machine operator for twenty-nine years. He attended the Mokane Methodist Church. He was a member of the Fulton VFW Post 2657. He was an avid Cardinal baseball fan, he and his wife, Helen, loved to travel, especially to Branson and Nashville to watch country music shows.
Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Maupin Funeral Home in Fulton, Missouri with Pastor Bruce Williamson officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service. Entombment will be held at Callaway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
