A 60-year-old man was killed in a car crash Wednesday morning in Cooper County.
At about 8:30 a.m. James Pratt was driving on Route DD West of Route K
when he had an medical issue, according to a crash report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Pratt's Saturn car went off the left side of the road and hit a fence.
The Nelson, Missouri man was pronounced dead at the scene.
