A 24-year-old woman died from her injuries after being ejected from an F150

A 20-year-old man was arrested Tuesday for his involvement in a deadly wreck Thursday night.

Spencer Gordon faces one count of involutary manslaughter and two counts of second-degree assault. His blood alcohol content registered above the legal limit of .08.

Gordon was driving a Volkswagon Beetle near the Hinkson Creek Bridge when the vehicle crossed the center line and hit a Ford F150, causing the driver to lose control. Two of the pickup's passengers were ejected from the vehicle. One, 24-year-old Michelle Morrow, died the next day from her injuries, while the other, 23-year-old Michael Tufts, remains in the hospital. The New Bloomfield Police Department posts updates about his condition to their Facebook page.

A funeral for Michelle Morrow will be held December 12 at 10 a.m.
