PULASKI COUNTY, Mo. -- Authorities in Pulaski County are releasing information about a man charged with child molestation.

43-year-old Thomas Brigance was arrested Friday evening on two counts of child molestation in the first degree, and two counts of abuse or neglect of a child, stemming from several alleged incidents involving two girls at Kids Harbor Child Advocacy Center.

The alleged incidents were reported on October 28th. The 10-year-old and 8-year-old victims reported being struck with an open fist and being touched inappropriately by Brigance on multiple occasions.

The Pulaski County Sheriff Department also interviewed a school teacher who had reported the incidents on the state hotline after talking with the children.

Deputies served a search warrant at Brigance's home in Richland on Friday, where they arrested him and searched the premises for additional evidence in the case.

Brigance was taken to Pulaski County Jail, where he was booked on $250,000 bond. Brigance posted bail a few hours later.
