JEFFERSON CITY -- The deadline for Jefferson City’s public access channel film festival is tomorrow.
JCTV is inviting submissions of amateur film, animation or any other kind of independently produced video. All of the entries will air on JCTV.
The top three winners will be announced Nov. 6.
