Update: Thursday, May 3rd at 11:25 a.m.:

A Cole County Grand Jury has charged a third man in connection to the death of Keith Mosely.

20-year-old Khiry Summers is charged with second degree murder, first degree robbery and distribution of a controlled substance.

The charges were filed in a suppressed indictment on April 25th, just three days after the killing of the Columbia man on Buena Vista Street in the Capital City; but were made public Thursday.

Summers is being held in the Cole County Jail with a $500,000 bond.

Thursday around Noon, Summers turned him in at the Jefferson City Police Department.

Brandon Chase and Tracy Session already face second degree murder charges.  Chase is scheduled to be in court on May 16th for a counsel status hearing.
