Longfellow's appreciates their customers and wants to "cultivate" each one! That's why we created the Longfellow's Loyalty Club.

Every time our Loyalty Club members shop at Longfellow's garden center, they earn points redeemable for merchandise on certain dates throughout the year. Loyalty Club members also receive notice of special events, like sales, and our e-mail newsletter.

Sales are reviewed once every three months.  Any loyalty customer's sales that are above $100 will receive a certificate worth 5% of their purchases to be spent at Longfellow's just like cash within the next 3 months.  Points accumulate from quarter to quarter until the $100 level is reached.

Loyalty points can be spent on anything in the store, but cannot be used to pay a bill or with any other offer.
It is our "gift" to you.

We are proud of the quality of the products that we sell and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we will provide a refund or exchange the item within 60 days of the purchase.

Unless noted otherwise in the ordering process, all items will ship within three to five business days of receiving the order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. Credit cards will be charged once the order has been shipped except for special orders.

If the product you have received is defective or we shipped you the wrong item, we will gladly replace it and pay for the shipping and handling charges (standard postal service). If you order the wrong item, we will replace it, but you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the return.

Longfellow's Garden Center offers an excellent selection of plants, shrubs and trees all of which have colorful labels with prices clearly marked. Shoppers who consider themselves true gardeners love Longfellow's interesting displays of quality plants, artfully combined to inspire their latest project.

Plants are offered in a variety of different sizes and species--from native to the exotic. In fact, Longfellow's prides itself on carrying both tried-and-true favorites as well as hard-to-find unusual specimens. And, be sure to ask any of Longfellow's staff for help in selecting the right plant for the right place. They know the best plant selections and plant groups for different site requirements of light, moisture or soil type.

As a full service retail garden center, Longfellow's experienced associates also help gardeners select proper tools, fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides and carry complete line of quality products.
