Brandon Wooley, President Brandon is from Dexter, MO and graduated from Westminster College in 2001 with an Accounting degree. His passion for servicing customers the way he’d like to be taken care of is why he started his own company, growing during a time when most others struggled. He believes the business takes care of itself when customers’ needs are taken care of first. His visionary approach of Capital Mortgage Solutions’ loan process for customers has driven the company to growth. Brandon is a local leader, involved as an Ambassador for JC Area Chamber of Commerce, President of a networking group (Mid-Missouri Referral Alliance), Membership Chair for the JC Young Professionals with over 325 members currently, facilitating a Sunday school class for young adults at Capital City Christian Church, and also a member of JC Area Board of Realtors, Sons of the American Legion Post 5, and Eastside Business Association. Rich McConnell, Director of Operations Rich recently retired from the military with over 24 years of service as part of the Air Force and Missouri Air National Guard. He has been married for 24 years to his wife Paula and has three children (Rich, Nick and Sarah) which two are stationed at Whiteman Air Force Base and one son attending Army ROTC at Lincoln University. As you can, see they are a military family. In 2007, Rich earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Columbia College. He has facilitated the Dave Ramsey Financial Peace course for three years and believes in helping educate people regarding their finances. He believes in integrity first and service to others. He looks to add value and take Capital Mortgage Solutions to new heights as the new Chief of Operations. He believes in going the extra mile and using the “Golden Rule” with all of his customers. Scott Harrison, Business Development Manager For over 25 years Scott has been involved in the financial industry in Eldon, Lake of the Ozarks, and Jefferson City Communities. He understands how important it is to develop business partnerships that help your business provide quality mortgage services to your real estate and banking clients. Scott knows the 5 c’s of credit, but knows the quality of “Communication” between your client, the underwriters, and the CMS Team is essential to the success of the closing. The process is simple… D.W.Y.S.Y.W.D. Scott and his wife, Lisa live in Eldon. They have two sons, Justin who is attending the University of Central Missouri and Corbin age 10. Scott spends most of his spare time coaching baseball, football, and basketball. Neena Lockett, Senior Loan Processor Neena has been in some form of banking for 30 years, working as teller trainer/supervisor, commercial lending for 6 years and mortgage lending for 15 years, including reverse mortgages. She managed 2 mortgage offices in Iowa and 1 in Columbia from 1995 to 2005. Neena retired in 2005. Having Mortgage Lending "in her blood", she trained new mortgage companies as the need arose. Then in late 2009, Neena came to work with and enjoys Capital Mortgage Solutions. Neena is responsible for running the processing department here at Capital Mortgage Solutions. Jessica Angerer, Loan Processor Jessica is from the Jefferson City area and is a recent addition from Central Bancompany's mitigation department, handling the loan modification applications. With her vast understanding of mortgages and having her own license for loan origination, provides the team with a great component to insure a high level of service is provided by Capital Mortgage Solutions provides. At Capital Mortgage Solutions, Jessica serves as the main voice of our team. With her knack for detail, she ensures that every client receives on-time, first class treatment. Kaylie Angerer, Client Service Director Kaylie was born and raised in Jefferson City area and a graduate from Helias High School. She recently joined our team after working for Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance for over three years. She worked as a document processor and has a passion for helping customers. Her attention to detail and friendly personality make her a great front office person since she is responsible for all walk-in customers and all incoming calls. She is ready, willing and able to assist where needed. Her future goals are to be a part of the growth at Capital Mortgage Solutions while furthering her college education.
