When we decided to open Arris Café, there was absolutely no way we were going to open a cafe without our favorite type of coffee, which happens to come from Illy Café.

Illy is the number one ranked coffee in Europe and most parts of the Middle East and Africa. It is also starting to make headlines in the States. We are very proud of the fact that we are the 3rd place in Missouri to carry Illy Coffee.

The difference in the coffee is that Illy is a 100% Arabica Bean which comes from nine different regions of the world such as India and Africa. The different climate creates a more rich and deeper in flavor coffee bean. With Illy's help, we seek to set a benchmark for excellence and culture in the coffee business and to bring a taste of Europe to Mid-Missouri.
