BOONE COUNTY, Mo. -- Following a roll-over crash on Interstate 70 Saturday morning, Columbia police are reporting that one man is dead.
Police say that 58-year-old Linda Watson was traveling eastbound on the Interstate when she swerved off the left side of the road briefly, then turned back onto the road sharply, which is when her truck overturned and come to a rest in the eastbound land of I-70.
The passenger, 62-year-old Everett Watson, as ejected during the crash. Watson was later taken to University Hospital for life-threatening injuries, where he was later pronounced dead.
Both people in the truck were from Denver, Colorado.
