Do you have a first time buyer program?
Answer
Almost all of our lenders have a college graduate program. This may be in the form of a rebate or this could qualify you for preferred finance rates. Some stipulations will apply.

How do you determine the trade-in value for a vehicle?

We value each trade on an independent scale. We look at multiple aspects but to name a few: year, condition, and current market value. Our pre-owned managers always complete a thorough assessment of your vehicle. After inspection of the vehicle and a quick test drive we are well prepared to give you top trade in value for your vehicle.

Answer
By contacting any of our dealerships and then requesting the parts department. All our dealerships are prepared to search our system to see if we have the part in stock and if we do not, they are also prepared to get the part ordered immediately to ensure quick delivery. I did not purchase my vehicle from a Joe Machens Dealership, will you still service my vehicle?
Answer
Definitely. Currently Joe Machens Dealerships carry eleven different brands and our authorized service departments would be happy to help with your automotive needs even though you did not purchase from Joe Machens.

My vehicle got damaged. What should I do next?
Answer
You need to call our Body Shop. We will guide you through the process of working with the insurance company and answer any questions you still have. After you have brought the vehicle to our Body Shop we will work diligently to return your vehicle to pre-accident condition. What do I do about transportation while my vehicle is being repaired?
Answer
There is a chance your insurance company will cover the cost of a rental vehicle. If they do then the process is very simple. We will help you with accommodations through the Joe Machens Rental Department.  If your insurance does not cover a rental vehicle after collision, we will still help with accommodations.
