1) Don’t smoke or drink alcohol at least 24 hours before your procedure. It may adversely affect anesthesia.

2) Don’t eat or drink anything after midnight the evening before your procedure.

3) Don’t wear makeup or use body lotion the day of your procedure.

4) Don’t wear jewelry or body piercings the day of your procedure.

5) Don’t wear colored nail polish or artificial nails to your procedure.

6) Have a friend or loved one drive you home after your procedure.
