Don't forget to set back your clocks an hour on before you go to sleep Saturday night.

At 2 a.m. on Nov. 1, time will fall back an hour and it will actually be 1 a.m.

Against daylight savings time

I would think we would have the knowledge by now to realize the adverse effect these time changes have on our health, immune system and sleep patterns. Even my dogs know to get up with the sun and go to bed when its dark.

Why can't we just have daylight saving

I believe we shouls stay at daylight saving. for servial reasons
1. get home from work and its dark.
2.Burn out more light bulbs
3 makes the night to long in the winter and its depressing
