Zimmer Radio Group Wins Fourth Radio Mercury Award
The Zimmer Radio Group has won its fourth Radio Mercury Award. On Tuesday, Zimmer Radio Group accepted the award in New York for the Best Radio Commercial in America. It was for the radio commercial, “Feeling Trapped DWI”, created for Trap and Associates, a Mid-Missouri based law firm. The commercial consists of a show tune about the experience of someone going through a DWI. It relates on multiple levels to any person that could be charged with a DWI, while also adding humor in the process. Bonnie Tapper acted as producer of the commercial, while KC Riedl acted as the account manager. “It’s an honor to receive this award for the fourth time,” praised Zimmer Radio CEO John Zimmer. “I am so proud of our team.”“At Zimmer, we have a strong culture for developing client ad campaigns and message development,” explained Zimmer. “As evidenced by our dedicated Zimmer Creative Services Department… We train our writers, producers, and account managers on helping our clients get the best return on their advertising investments in the marketplace.
