Media Operations Assistant
KRCG is currently interviewing for a Media Operations Assistant. Qualified Candidates must have experience in camera operation, non-linear editing, graphic design, strong communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to meet strict deadlines. Additional duties/responsibilities include the production of commercials, promotional or web projects, interfacing with clients and Account Executives. A background in commercial production, news, or related field is a plus. The job will be 40 hrs per week with hours and days yet to be determined.

Director of Engineering
Barrington Broadcasting is conducting a search for a Director of Engineering. Ideal candidate should possess a high level of technical knowledge as well as proven leadership, management and organizational skills. Must be a team player with excellent problem-solving ability. The candidate must also be able to coordinate and execute plans approved by the Senior Vice President of Technical Operations in conjunction with station management and technical staff. Proven ability with small and large scale project planning and management is required.
Position Requirements: UHF and VHF transmitter, digital and analog studio equipment knowledge and experience. In-depth knowledge of commercial television station operations including news production is a must. The successful candidate will also possess a working knowledge of FCC and OSHA safety rules and regulations. Ideal candidate should possess a high level of technical knowledge as well as proven leadership, management and organizational skills. Must be a team player with excellent problem-solving ability. Proven ability with small and large scale project planning and management is required.

BUSINESS MANAGER
KRCG-TV, a CBS Affiliate owned and operated by Barrington Broadcasting Group, is seeking a professional candidate to manage all aspects of the accounting department in. Jefferson City, Missouri. Qualified applicants will hold a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and have a minimum of five years experience as a full-charge accountant.
Responsibilities include maintenance of internal control systems, credit and collections, financial statement preparation, forecasting, budgeting, maintenance of computer systems and management of all aspects of Human Resources. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Windows, GL, Fixed Assets, Payroll and Personnel applications required.
